Occasionally, GENEZZÍA offers shipping promotions, in which domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend more than a certain amount. These promotions may change on a periodically basis. To be kept up to date on our latest shipping promotions, sign up for our newsletter. At this time, GENEZZIA ships to Canada.
Shipping is free for orders over 75$.


Orders placed on are prepared by GENEZZIA teams and delivered through a variety of carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, DHL) depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote areas.

  • Expedited parcel : delivery within 2 to 3 business days
  • Xpresspost : delivery within 1 to 3 business days

Please note that, beyond the above delays, delivery delays are automatically submitted to you at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

With each purchase, we recommend that you keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
In order to preserve the regulations on the hygiene care that we must offer you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of lipsticks and pencils.

Indeed, we cannot guarantee the storage conditions of the products once they are in your possession. All sales are final.
